has been at the helm of PathGroup since 1996, the year the company was formed.  He joined Associated Pathologists in 1986 and prior to that was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pathology, Vanderbilt University Medical Center and School of Medicine following a Residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at Vanderbilt.



Kathleen Fondren

Kathleen Fondren
joined CellNetix from CHI Franciscan Health System, Highline Medical Center in September 2014 where she was the Assistant Administrator, Clinical Executive. As a member of the hospital senior executive team, Kathleen had oversight for multiple clinical departments, and made essential contributions to improving quality and reducing the overall cost of patient care.

Fondren was instrumental in the strategy, negotiation and closing of the most recent merger between CellNetix and PSIP.  She has also been the key driver in improving financial performance and operational efficiency.


David Corwin

David Corwin
is President of CellNetix, as well as Chief of Pathology and Director of Laboratories at the Swedish Medical Center in Seattle and PAML in Spokane. He is also a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Washington School of Medicine.

Corwin is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology as well as hematopathology, with subspecialty expertise in clinical chemistry (tumor markers, endocrine testing, serologic testing, and prenatal testing), flow cytometry, hematopathology, and laboratory administration.

Other notable experiences include serving as Chairman of the HCA Healthcare Network Institutional Review Board from 1989 to 2008 and as Group Leader of the Experimental Pathology Unit, Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research, Molecular Biology Branch, Bern Switzerland from 1981 to 1983.
